Zahid Refrigeration provides repair, maintenance, and installation services for air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, RO systems, geysers, and deep freezers. While we are an official Voltas Authorized Service Partner, we also service multiple other brands. Service availability is subject to technician availability, geographic location, and part supply.

3. Service Requests

When submitting a service request via our website, WhatsApp, or phone, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your contact details and the nature of the appliance issue. Inaccurate information may lead to delays or inability to provide service.

4. Pricing & Estimates

• Initial Quotes: Any pricing or quotes provided over the phone, via WhatsApp, or through the website are strictly estimates based on the problem described.
• Final Pricing: Final pricing can only be determined after our technician performs a physical, on-site assessment of the appliance.
• Inspection Charges: An inspection or visiting charge may apply even if you decide not to proceed with the repair after the assessment.

5. Appointments & Scheduling

We strive to honor all scheduled appointments within the agreed time frame. However, delays may occur due to traffic, previous jobs taking longer than expected, or unforeseen emergencies. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments and will make reasonable efforts to communicate any delays to you promptly.

6. Service Area Limitations

Our core service areas include Sakri East, Darbhanga, Madhubani, and surrounding regions. Service requests originating from locations outside our standard operating radius may be declined or subject to additional travel surcharges. We reserve the right to refuse service to any location at our discretion.

7. User Responsibilities

As a customer, you are responsible for:

• Providing a safe working environment for our technicians.
• Ensuring the appliance is accessible.
• Providing uninterrupted electricity and water (if required) for the duration of the repair/installation.
• Being present or having an authorized adult present during the service visit.

8. Website Usage

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Submitting false, spam, or abusive service requests.

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our services where such failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control. Such causes include, but are not limited to: severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, network outages, or supply chain disruptions for spare parts.
