Service requests can be made via phone, WhatsApp, email, or website forms. Submitting a service request does not guarantee immediate service. Appointment dates and times are subject to confirmation by our team. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline service requests based on operational constraints.

4. Inspection-Based Pricing

Zahid Refrigeration follows an inspection-based pricing model. Prices are determined after appliance inspection and issue diagnosis. Final charges will be communicated before service execution. We do not provide fixed pricing without inspection. By approving a service after inspection, the customer agrees to the communicated charges.

5. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment modes may include cash, UPI, or other local payment methods. Delayed or non-payment may result in denial of future services.

6. Spare Parts & Materials

In most cases, genuine or brand-recommended spare parts are used. Availability of specific parts depends on market supply and appliance model. Any replacement parts used will be explained to the customer when required. Warranty on spare parts, if applicable, is subject to manufacturer terms.

7. Service Limitations

Zahid Refrigeration is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing faults not related to the reported issue
  • Wear and tear due to age or misuse of appliances
  • Damage caused by improper installation done by third parties
  • Issues arising from voltage fluctuations, water quality, or external factors

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Ensure safe access to the appliance for technicians
  • Maintain a safe working environment
  • Inform technicians of any known risks or prior repairs

Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect service quality or safety.

9. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers are requested to inform us in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule a service. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in service refusal in the future. Zahid Refrigeration reserves the right to cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
